1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. Clear Criminal Background Report (Payment to Surscan)
3. Clear Drug Screen (given at random on campus or by text appointment) 
4. Surpath payment is 119.00 includes drug screen , background check and document intake app
5. Vaccination Records (submit before class deadline)(full list in our forms page)
6. GED or High School Diploma
7. Book and code is 100.00

• Pay registration deposit of $750.00 (50.00 Payment plan fee)
• 2 payments of $392.50 will be scheduled (Start date of class and 4 weeks from start date) 

BI-MONTLY PAYMENT PLAN
Affordable payment plan to fit your budget.

• Pay registration deposit of $390.00 (75.00.00 Payment plan fee)
• 3 payments of $390.00 will be scheduled (EVERY 14 DAYS FOR 3 PAYMENTS)
