EMT HYRBID COURSES

Description

The EMT Basic course is designed for the student that has an interest in entering the medical field or becoming an EMT.  We facilitate the knowledge and skills necessary for the student to pass the National Registry Exam and perform as a competent and confident EMT.  This program strives to assist the student in obtaining their goal in a career of EMS.

1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. Clear Criminal Background Report 
3. Clear Drug Screen (given at random on campus or by text appointment)
4. Vaccination Records (submit before class deadline)
5. GED or High School Diploma

 The EMT-B Hybrid Program tuition is $1,485.00

FULL TUITION

• Pay full tuition of  $1,485.00

MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
Affordable payment plan to fit your budget.

• Pay registration deposit of $750.00 (50.00 Payment plan fee)
• 2 payments of $392.50 will be scheduled (Start date of class and 4 weeks from start date) 

BI-MONTLY PAYMENT PLAN
Affordable payment plan to fit your budget.

• Pay registration deposit of $390.00 (75.00.00 Payment plan fee)
• 3 payments of $390.00 will be scheduled (EVERY 14 DAYS FOR 3 PAYMENTS) 

• Education Record: GED Certificate, High School Diploma, High School or College Transcript
• Textbook with MyLab|BRADY Access
• Uniform: Undershirt, Pants, Belt, Boots or Shoes
• Criminal Background Screen (Surscan)
• Drug Screen Registration (SurScan)   
• Record keeping Service(Surscan)                              

Hepatitis B (HBV):  

• (2 Doses; 30 days apart) or 
• Positive Antibody/Immunity Titer

Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR):      

• (2 Doses; 30 days apart) or 
• Positive Antibody/Immunity Titer

Varicella (VZV or VAR):  

• (2 Doses; 30 days apart) or 
• Positive Antibody/Immunity Titer

Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertusis (Tdap):

• within 10 years of clinicals

Influenza (Flu):  

• current flu season

Tuberculosis (TB Skin Test/TST):

• Negative TST result (within 1 year) or
• Negative (QuantiFERON-TB Gold) Titer
• Negative Chest X-Ray within 2 years

**A positive test result must be included with a negative chest x-ray result 

COVID-19 Vaccine:  (Not Required)

• Pfizer (2 Doses; 21 days apart)  
• Moderna (2 Doses; 28 days apart)
• Johnson & Johnson (1 Dose)
