Course Description

The Online EMT-B course is an online course that can be completed in less than 6 months.

ONLINE Prerecorded lectures
Hands -On Skills Training
Three (3) Classroom Skill Sessions (Irving , Texas)
72 Hours of Clinical Rotation (Dallas/Ft. Worth Area, Texas)

Once the online is completed, skills training at our facility are completed with a passing grade (80% or above) students will attend clinical rotations. All clinical rotations are scheduled by the Academy.

Pay registration deposit of $650.00 (50.00 Payment plan fee)

Is Elite EMT Academy accredited?

Yes, Elite EMT Academy is fully accredited by the Texas Department of State HealthServices and NREMT we meet all standards of quality education.

What is the enrollment process?

To enroll in Elite EMT Academy, visit our enrollment page and fill out the application form. Once we receive your application, we will contact you by email with the next steps.

What are the class sizes?

Our class sizes are small, typically with no more than 10 students per class. This allows for more personalized attention and interaction between students and instructors.

Do we have to pay for our own book and codes?

Yes , you do the cost is $120.00. You can get a two week trial of the book and code before actually have to pay for it.

Do we have to submit all our immunizations before start of class?

No, we do not require them to be submitted before your first day of class. You will have until you complete the online portion or before your 6 months to submit them.

When do I have to pay for my background check?

You will need to pay for your background check once you register . We will provide the link once you are registered.

If I do not want to take a covid shot can I still complete my clinical hours?

Yes , you will complete all your hours with the Fire Department that is available during your scheduling.

How are the skills portion scheduled?

Once you have completed your Online assignments and all your immunizations have been submitted and approved . You will be moved to the skills phase and which point you will be provided material to prepare for your skills days and we will provide the next two months of session dates. They will be three days consecutive. It can be a Monday-Wednesday 10-4 or Wednesday to Friday 10-4.

How are the Clinical hours scheduled?

Once you pass the program with a 70% and above on your Final Exam and a overall score of 80% and above we will schedule your clinical hours based on your availability.
